- Altered products, such as those with untied or cut bands, or curly weaves or wigs that have been brushed out, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Shipping, handling costs, and money transfer fees for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a courier with tracking information and delivery confirmation to avoid any issues.
- Lace closures, lace frontals, or wigs that have been bleached, tinted, worn, styled, or had hair products applied to them (such as glue or hair products) are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if these conditions are not met.
- Customized lace frontals cannot be exchanged or returned if they have been bleached, plucked, wigged, or trimmed. They should be returned in their original state.
